Wine Aficionado Ian Blackburn was on hand to encourage us to "Learn About Wine", which has a membership program that allows you benefits, events and advantages. KCRW's Evan Kleiman says that "LearnAboutWine is "LA's source for wine education..." There were so many interesting people on hand. Le Menu - French Baguette Sandwiches which included Jambon et Brie avec Beurre et Salade, Salade Nicoise avec Thon, Mozzarella et Tomates, Filet Mignon sur Baguette, Moules a la Mariniere, Quiche Lorraine, and Terrine de Pate on Toast Points drizzled with Verjus Port Glaze and garnished with Julienned Belgian Endives. Yes, this was an evening to remember!
