Happy Mother's Day to All of You Moms

Life is full of ups and downs and twists and turns and, after all, which of us did not arrive via our Mother's womb?
There is a book that speaks to this very topic - a recently published book entitled,
"WISHES for a Mother's Heart", written by Tricia LaVoice and Barbara Lazaroff. The Forward was written by Leeza Gibbons.

When I tell you that this book will touch your heart, believe me.

I am looking forward to meeting and chit-chatting with Tricia LaVoice, who brought forth the idea for the book, " WISHES for a Mother's Heart".
Barbara, who I had met many years ago at a charitable event given at GEARYS Beverly Hills, is an eloquent woman.
She is a Mother, an Interior Designer, Author, Restaurateur and Philanthropist.
Barbara , along with a mutual friend, David W. Streets, and I, have had great conversations regarding the need for women to recognize how important it is to stay positive and uplift one another. We touched on this topic a few summers ago at an event up at the Greystone Mansion. Barbara, whom I have the utmost respect for, speaks from the heart.

Leeza Gibbons is a remarkable person as well. The last time that I chatted with her was on Rodeo Drive in front of the GEARYS Rolex store, for a ribbon cutting ceramony. Leeza captivates audiences globally!
These women teamed up to give the world a dose of something that we need today - Love. They have written such an inspirational book, why, you just have to read it. You can pick up a copy of the book via Amazon.

I would like to thank all of the Mothers who have taken the time to nurture children - be it your own biological child or a child that they met on the road of life, in need of a Mother's love.
Truly, I believe that kindness, love, consideration and patience is very healing. The world needs more of this demonstrated on a daily basis, one person to another, now more then ever.

Love & light,
Carla
