Angie Miller "Who You Are" Review American Idol Top 4

Angie Miller "Who You Are"
Angie Miller performed "Who You Are" this past week on American Idol. What can I say, another amazing performance by Angie Miller. I am not a big fan of the song but when someone like Angie sings it as well as she sang it, the performance wins you over and you end up liking a song you didn't like that much previously. My favorite part of the song is when Angie sings "no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no as she goes up the scale of notes in her voice. At another point in the song I also heard a Taylor Swift like moment, see if you can find that moment in the song. Also it is evident that Angie is working very hard on her presentation primarily in finding a little more edge to the presentation and less of the "beauty queen" to quote Jimmy Lovine's observation. According to views on American Idol's You Tube Channel people love this song. Currently Angie has 680,000 views which is over 5 times more views than next closest which is a virtual tie between Candice's first song and Angie's 2nd song "Cry Me a River". As usual Angie dominates You Tube with her performances and "Who You Are" was definitely one of her best and could easily crack my new Top 5 best performances by Angie Miller this year coming out Wednesday. To summarize Angie's performance of "Who You Are" was definitely the performance of the night, there is no question, every time Angie is at the piano it is definitely something special. Every time I listen to it I like it more, that is the mark of a great song and a phenomenal performance.
