American Idol Final Competition Night BORING - Show Missed Angie Miller Excitement

I had originally planned to watch the Voice tonight but since it wasn't on, I watched Idol, might as well finish out the season even if it no longer had their only superstar Angie Miller.

 In a word American Idol without Angie Miller tonight was 

BORING. 

Wow, what a great night to take a nap, read a book, take the dog for a walk, anything but watch what has to be the most boring final night of competition in the history of American Idol. It was as if without Angie Miller onstage to show the way, Candice and Kree were totally lost. Even Ryan Seacrest seemed totally lost, bored and had a "get me out of here" look. When Ryan was interviewing Candice or Kree there was absolutely no interesting banter, no give or take and most importantly absolutely NO PERSONALITY. In summary without Angie Miller on American Idol the show has no excitement, no direction, no fun and most important no good music. The three songs performed by Kree and Candice were the worst possible songs of all time on American Idol. Double Wow, this show was DOA (dead on arrival) and there was absolutely no saving the patient this time. Take that back the only thing that could have saved tonight would have been Angie Miller in the final but American Idol took care of that last week. As the saying goes "you make the bed, you get to sleep in it". I'm sure the judges, the producers, and Jimmy "I love Candice" Iovine were saying to themselves tonight, "I sure wish Angie Miller had been in the finale, I sure miss her excitement, youth, great singing and fun." American Idol created this mess of a final competition, they get to eat the results meaning bad TV ratings, which have to be one of the most disappointing of all time. It was almost as if neither Kree nor Candice really felt like they even belonged in the finals. Fact is the only one that deserved to be in the final was Angie Miller. Good thing Angie Miller will return for the Finale tomorrow, she will certainly once again raise the excitement, interest and fun level. Angie Miller can raise the excitement of this show so easily, all the great ones can do this, unfortunately, for the show and viewers it wasn't until she was off the show, that everyone realized this fact. Everyone had taken Angie Miller and what she brought to the show for granted. I never took Angie Miller's contribution to American Idol for granted. I knew Angie Miller was special immediately, why else would I write this article. Short and simple, Angie Miller is a future superstar and even though she wasn't on the final tonight, her presence or lack thereof was felt by everyone, EVERYONE. Everyone missed her. Want to see what this show needed rewatch Angie Miller "Bring Me To Life" that is what she did for American Idol this year, she brought it to life.
